Movement has always been my form of self expression. I grew up as a competitive dancer and was fortunate enough to have done it professionally for a little while.
When I knew that I wanted to move on from dance I fell in love with yoga. I loved the way that it made me feel and that is why I became a yoga teacher. I wanted to give students a place where they can connect to themselves on a deeper level through movement.
When COVID-19 hit and all of the gyms and yoga studios were closed I made the decision to pivot to an online platform and that is how the BB Method was born.
I wanted to create an online experience that inspires you to move daily. We all wear many hats and it's not always easy to put ourselves first but, I truly believe that it is my purpose to help people do just that. My goal is to get you moving in smart and creative ways so that you are always looking forward to doing more.
